NFT Products

    1. Ownership and Rights

    By purchasing NFT Products from SuiDuckz, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive ownership right to the digital content represented by the NFT on the Sui Blockchain.

      2. Intellectual Property

      All content, designs, artwork, metadata, and related elements associated with SuiDuckz products, including NFTs and other offerings (“Content”), are the exclusive property of SuiDuckz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws; ownership of any SuiDuckz product grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except with the respective product), and royalty-free license to use, display, and showcase the Content solely for personal or non-commercial purposes, and any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or other exploitation without prior written consent from SuiDuckz is strictly prohibited, while SuiDuckz reserves the right to update, modify, or revoke this license at any time in accordance with its policies.

        3. Blockchain Transactions

        All transactions involving NFT Products created by SuiDuckz are irreversible and recorded on the Sui Blockchain. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details, and SuiDuckz is not liable for any errors or losses.

          4. Use and Display

          Owners of NFT Products created by SuiDuckz have the right to display and showcase their NFTs for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, public display, or reproduction requires explicit permission from SuiDuckz.

            5. Prohibited Activities

            Users agree not to engage in any illegal or harmful activities related to NFT Products created by SuiDuckz, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or any actions that may compromise the integrity of the Sui Blockchain.

              6. Community Guidelines

              Users are expected to adhere to community guidelines and respect other members of the SuiDuckz NFT community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of NFT ownership.

                7. Disclaimer of Warranty

                NFT Products created by SuiDuckz are provided “as is” without any warranties. SuiDuckz makes no guarantees regarding the quality, functionality, or availability of the NFTs. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology.

                  8. Modification of Terms

                  SuiDuckz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of NFT Products created by SuiDuckz implies acceptance of the updated terms.

                    9. General Provisions

                    These terms and conditions govern the use of NFT Products and SuiDuckz Coin ($SDC) by users. Any changes to these terms will be communicated, and continued use indicates acceptance of such changes.

                      10. Mainnet Mode

                      By accessing suiduckz.com for the purpose of using dapps or engaging in transactions, users acknowledge that they are operating on the main network. Users accept any associated risks and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

                      Suiduckz Coin ($SDC)

                        1. Ownership and Rights

                        By acquiring SuiDuckz Coin ($SDC), you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-exclusive, transferable right to hold, use, or trade the $SDC token on the Sui Blockchain. However, owning $SDC does not grant you any ownership, control, or rights to the underlying technology, intellectual property, or any associated assets of SuiDuckz, other than the right to use the token as specified within the Sui Blockchain ecosystem.

                            Users agree not to manipulate, engage in fraud, or perform any harmful activities affecting the integrity or value of $SDC.

                              4. Disclaimer of Warranty

                              $SDC is provided “as is” without warranties. SuiDuckz offers no guarantees on the token’s value or performance, and users accept the risks associated with blockchain and cryptocurrency.
